The Republican Party will train you to watch the polls. We want to make sure you are well equipped so we have some things that to help you. Please click on the links below to help you prep for the big day!
We also ask that you report any info that you collect to us in addition to the instructions party gives you.
Please note, this training was created in 2022 so there have been a few changes in procedure and law, but very few. The information is overwhelmingly still valid. Consult the Elections manual if you have any questions.

In order to work the polls, you need to be placed. The Ohio Republican Party is placing poll workers and will conduct their own training. You will need to sign up and work with them in order to be placed. However, we don’t want to just pass you on to them–please stay in touch with us and let us know if you have any questions.
